Grundfos Learn App

Grundfos is one of the biggest pump manufacturers in the world and a prominent company in the Danish market with ambitious sustainability goals. One of the pillars of their green transition has been educating
both clients and employees. However, with a broad reach comes the need to be able to adapt to different customer roles and personalities to effectively target their audience.

The concept was prepared in collaboration with my study group for the Digital Business Course exam in our 2nd semester of Digital Concept Development.

Target Audience: Installers

Grundfos’ current educational solution includes a Sources and Learn section on their website, housing all available free-to-access materials. But education should not be viewed through a one-size-fits-all mindset.

To select our user group, we conducted various empathy mappings and analysed Grundfos through multiple Business Strategy Mappings. With the insights, we continued with the analysis of their Digital behaviour, Problem-solving, Mindset and Knowledge.

Design: Mobile First
